The expressions “Customer”, “User”, “Buyer”, “you”, and “your” shall refer to any individual, business entity, architect, interior designer, contractor, consultant or organization accessing or using this Website.
By accessing, browsing or purchasing through this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and all other policies published on this Website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of this Website immediately.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:
Brand means Luxora.
Company means Chopra Lightings.
Website means www.luxoraluxe.in and any associated sub-domains owned or operated by the Company.
Products means all lighting fixtures, luminaries, architectural lighting products, decorative lighting products, outdoor lighting, lighting accessories, electrical components, replacement parts and related products offered by the Company.
Services include customer support, product consultation, quotation services, project assistance, trade support and any other services offered through the Website.
Order means any request placed by a Customer for the purchase of Products through the Website or through any authorized communication channel.Business Day means Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays observed in Karnataka, India.
Trade Partner means any architect, interior designer, builder, contractor, developer, reseller, consultant or other approved commercial customer registered with Luxora.
3. Acceptance of Terms

Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, specifications and images are accurate.
However:
- Product colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing processes.
- Natural materials such as wood, stone, marble, brass or glass may exhibit inherent variations in texture, grain or color.
- Dimensions, weight and cut-out sizes may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.
- Product photographs are intended for illustrative purposes and may include accessories, furniture or decor items that are not included with the Product unless expressly stated.
- Product specifications may be revised by Luxora without prior notice where improvements or design updates are made.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications, dimensions, voltage requirements, installation requirements and compatibility before placing an order.
If clarification is required, customers are encouraged to contact Luxora before completing their purchase.
8. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Unless specifically mentioned, prices displayed include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges, installation charges, handling charges or any additional government levies, where applicable, shall be displayed during checkout or communicated separately.
Despite our best efforts, pricing or product information errors may occasionally occur. Luxora reserves the right to correct any such errors at any time, including after an Order has been placed.
If an incorrect price has been displayed due to a technical, typographical or system error, Luxora may cancel the Order and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
Trade pricing, project pricing, dealer pricing and special quotations provided to architects, interior designers, contractors, developers or commercial customers are confidential and may not be shared, reproduced or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
9. Quotations
Any quotation issued by Luxora is valid only for the period specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Quotations remain valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Prices may change after the quotation validity expires.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until the Order is confirmed.
- Freight, installation and taxes may vary depending on the project location.
Luxora reserves the right to revise quotations if supplier pricing, taxes, freight charges or currency fluctuations materially affect procurement costs.
10. Orders
Placing an Order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products.
Submission of an Order does not constitute acceptance by Luxora.
An Order shall be deemed accepted only when:
- payment has been successfully authorized (where applicable);
- stock availability has been confirmed;
- pricing has been verified; and
- Luxora issues an Order Confirmation.
Luxora reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order without liability, including where:
- Products are unavailable.
- Pricing or specification errors are identified.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Payment cannot be verified.
- Delivery to the requested location is not possible.
- Regulatory restrictions prevent fulfillment.
- Incorrect customer information has been provided.
If an Order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid shall be refunded in accordance with the Company’s Refund Policy.

12. Payments
Luxora accepts payments through authorised payment gateways and other payment methods made available on the Website from time to time.

- Bank Transfers
- Other approved payment methods
Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment service providers.
Luxora does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

Where bank transfers are accepted, Customers shall be responsible for ensuring correct payment references.
Any banking charges or intermediary charges shall be borne by the Customer unless agreed otherwise.
13. Shipping & Delivery
Luxora delivers Products across serviceable locations in India.
Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the Website are indicative only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Product availability.
- Manufacturing schedules.
- Quality inspection.
- Public holidays.
- Weather conditions.
- Transport delays.
- Government restrictions.
- Force Majeure events.
- Remote delivery locations.
Luxora shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Products within the estimated timeline but shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Delivery shall be deemed complete when the Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer or accepted by any authorised recipient at the delivery location.
14. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect all Products immediately upon delivery.
Before signing the delivery acknowledgement, Customers should verify:
- Quantity received.
- Visible physical damage.
- Packaging condition.
- Model correctness.
- Finish and color.
- Accessories supplied.
If any visible transit damage is observed, the Customer should:
- note the damage on the courier acknowledgement;
- retain the original packaging; and
- notify Luxora within 48 hours of delivery together with supporting photographs.
Failure to report visible damage within the prescribed period may affect eligibility for replacement.
15. Transfer of Risk
Ownership of the Products shall transfer only upon receipt of full payment.
However, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon successful delivery of the Products to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
Where delivery is delayed due to the Customer’s request, absence or failure to accept delivery, the risk shall pass to the Customer from the date on which delivery was first attempted.
16. Installation
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Luxora supplies Products only and does not undertake installation services.
All Products must be installed strictly in accordance with:
- the manufacturer’s installation instructions;
- applicable electrical standards;
- local building regulations; and
- good engineering practices.
Installation should only be carried out by a qualified and licensed electrician or authorised professional.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- electrical compatibility;
- voltage requirements;
- wattage;
- cut-out dimensions;
- ceiling clearance;
- mounting suitability; and
- structural support before installation.
Luxora shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage arising from:
- improper installation;
- incorrect wiring;
- voltage fluctuations;
- electrical surges;
- use of incompatible accessories;
- unauthorized modifications;
- improper maintenance; or
- failure to follow installation instructions.
Installation of a Product shall be deemed acceptance that the Product was received in satisfactory condition.
17. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products
Certain Products may be manufactured, assembled or procured specifically against a Customer Order.
Such Products include, but are not limited to:
- customized lighting fixtures;
- profile lighting systems;
- customized lengths;
- special finishes;
- bespoke chandeliers;
- imported Products procured on demand; and
- project-specific lighting solutions.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- such Orders cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced;
- changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges;
- such Products are generally not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
Luxora reserves the right to require advance payment for all customized or made-to-order Products.
18. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Luxora is committed to supplying high-quality lighting products. If you are dissatisfied with a Product, your request shall be governed by this section and the Company’s Return & Refund Policy.
Products may be eligible for return only if:
- the incorrect Product has been delivered;
- the Product has a verified manufacturing defect;
- the Product has sustained transit damage;
- the Product is incomplete due to missing components; or
- the return is otherwise approved in writing by Luxora.
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy.
To process a return request, Customers may be required to provide:
- Order Number;
- Invoice;
- Photographs of the Product and packaging;
- Description of the issue; and
- Any additional information reasonably requested by Luxora.
Returned Products must:
- remain unused and uninstalled;
- be returned in their original packaging;
- include all accessories, manuals and hardware;
- be free from customer-inflicted damage.
Luxora reserves the right to inspect returned Products before approving any replacement or refund.
19. Products Not Eligible for Return
Unless required by applicable law, the following Products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made Products.
- Made-to-order Products.
- Imported Products procured specifically for a Customer.
- Bulk project supplies.
- Installed Products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products altered, repaired or modified by unauthorized persons.
- Clearance, liquidation or final-sale Products.
- Products specifically marked as “Non-Returnable.”
Approval of any exception shall remain solely at Luxora’s discretion.
20. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it shall ordinarily be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing timelines depend upon:
- payment gateway processing;
- banking procedures; and
- financial institution policies.
Luxora shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Shipping charges, installation charges and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Luxora.
21. Warranty
Certain Products sold by Luxora carry a manufacturer’s or Company warranty.
Warranty coverage varies depending upon the Product and shall be specified on:
- the Product page;
- warranty card;
- invoice; or
- accompanying documentation.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects occurring during normal residential or commercial use, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
- Warranty service may include:
- repair;
- replacement;
- replacement of defective components; or
- any other remedy considered appropriate by Luxora.
The remedy offered shall be determined solely by Luxora or the applicable manufacturer.
22. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty shall not apply where damage results from:
- improper installation;
- installation by unqualified personnel;
- electrical overload;
- voltage fluctuation;
- surge damage;
- water ingress beyond the Product’s IP rating;
- misuse;
- abuse;
- negligence;
- accidental damage;
- fire;
- flooding;
- natural disasters;
- insects or rodents;
- corrosion due to environmental exposure;
- chemical exposure;
- unauthorized repair;
- modification or alteration;
- use contrary to installation instructions;
- normal wear and tear;
- cosmetic deterioration that does not affect functionality.
Failure to follow recommended installation or maintenance practices may void the warranty.
23. Product Care & Maintenance
Customers are responsible for maintaining Products in accordance with the instructions supplied by Luxora or the manufacturer.
- Unless otherwise specified:
- abrasive cleaners should not be used;
- chemical solvents should be avoided;
- electrical power should be disconnected before maintenance;
- only compatible lamps, drivers and accessories should be used.
Improper maintenance may affect Product performance and warranty eligibility.
24. Bulk Orders & Project Supplies
Luxora regularly supplies Products for residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and institutional projects.
- Bulk Orders may be subject to separate commercial terms including:
- advance payment requirements;
- production schedules;
- milestone deliveries;
- project-specific pricing;
- logistics arrangements;
- installation coordination;
- warranty variations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project schedules are indicative and may be affected by manufacturing capacity, imported components, supplier availability or site readiness.
Partial deliveries may be made where commercially practical.
25. Trade Accounts
Luxora may approve architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and other commercial customers as Trade Partners.
Approval of a Trade Account remains entirely at Luxora’s discretion.
- Trade pricing:
- is confidential;
- may be revised without prior notice;
- may be withdrawn at any time;
- may not be disclosed to third parties.
Trade Partners remain responsible for ensuring that Products specified for their projects are technically suitable for the intended application.
Luxora shall not be responsible for specification errors made by architects, consultants or contractors.
26. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property appearing on this Website is owned by or licensed to Luxora.
This includes, without limitation:
- trademarks;
- logos;
- trade names;
- product names;
- catalogues;
- product descriptions;
- photographs;
- renders;
- illustrations;
- graphics;
- videos;
- website design;
- source code;
- downloadable materials;
- technical drawings;
- CAD files;
- lighting layouts; and
- all other proprietary content.
No content may be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, modified, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without Luxora’s prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
27. User Content
Where Customers submit:
- reviews;
- testimonials;
- photographs;
- videos;
- project images;
- comments; or
- other content,
they grant Luxora a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, modify and display such content for marketing, promotional and business purposes.
Customers warrant that submitted content:
- belongs to them or is properly licensed;
- does not infringe third-party rights;
- is accurate;
- is not defamatory, unlawful or misleading.
- Luxora reserves the right to remove any submitted content without prior notice.
28. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites for customer convenience.
Luxora neither controls nor endorses such websites and accepts no responsibility for their:
- content;
- products;
- services;
- availability; or
- privacy practices.
Customers access third-party websites entirely at their own risk.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxora shall not be liable for:
- indirect loss;
- consequential loss;
- incidental damages;
- punitive damages;
- loss of profit;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of goodwill;· business interruption;
- delay in project completion;
- loss arising from incorrect product selection;
- installation errors;
- misuse of Products;
- electrical faults external to the Product;
- delays caused by third parties;
- Force Majeure events.
In all circumstances, Luxora’s total aggregate liability arising out of any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
30. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Luxora, Chopra Lightings, their proprietors, employees, representatives, consultants, suppliers and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- misuse of the Website;
- violation of applicable laws;
- infringement of third-party rights; or
- negligent or wrongful acts committed by you.
31. Force Majeure
Luxora shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- earthquakes;
- floods;
- fires;
- pandemics;
- epidemics;
- war;
- terrorism;
- civil unrest;
- labor disputes;
- transportation disruptions;
- government actions;
- import restrictions;
- power failures;
- supplier failures;
- shortages of raw materials.
Performance shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
32. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website or any transaction with Luxora.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
33. Amendments
Luxora reserves the right to modify, revise or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
